Office Hours and Appointments

Rockwall is open Monday – Friday from 8-5 and on Saturdays from 8-12

Wylie is open from Monday – Friday from 8-5

Lakewood is open Monday – Friday from 8-5

All offices are closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1:30.

For same day sick visits, please call before 12:30. We will try to accomodate sick visits that are requested after lunch, but cannot guarantee an appointment.

PNP Emily Carvajal


Emily Carvajal, MSN, CPNP-PC is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in evidence-based pediatric care. She brings almost a decade of experience in healthcare, including more than 8 years as a registered nurse at Cook Children’s in Fort Worth and clinical practice as a PNP in the urgent care setting.

Emily holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, crafting, and traveling with her family. She and her husband are proud parents to a joyful toddler, Theo, and two beloved dogs, Linus and Haruki. She was born and raised in the Dallas area and is excited to serve the community in which she grew up!

Emily works at the Rockwall office.  She is currently accepting new patients.
