Dr. Sylvia Martinez
Dr. Sylvia Martinez Pro was born and raised in the city of Monterrey, located in northern Mexico. Under a full-ride scholarship, she graduated from medical school at Tecnologico de Monterrey. She then completed her pediatric residency training at UT Southwestern / Children’s Health in Dallas.
As a board-certified pediatrician with over 6 years of experience in outpatient general pediatrics in the DFW area, Dr. Martinez Pro enjoys working and caring for children of all ages and establishing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She takes pride in always striving for excellence in providing, to every single one of her patients, the same level of evidence-based, outstanding clinical care she would want for her own children.
Dr. Martinez Pro lives in Dallas with her husband, two sons and baby daughter. She is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys playing piano, reading, being outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
