Billing
Insurance
For all patients in which are participating providers, your co-pay and/or your deductible is due at time of service. We are happy to file your claims with your insurance carrier; however, our relationship is with you and not your insurance carrier. We will bill the parent or gaurdian of the child for any amount that is not covered by your insurance company and will send you a statement of these charges, if applicable. Payment is due upon receipt of your accounting statement. If you are unsure of your coverage and benefits, please contact your insurance provider directly.
Please bring your insurance card to every visit. If you have new insurance information, please provide us with this information to minimize delays or errors in filing of claims. Any delays or errors caused from not providing this information may result in you being responsible for payment

If you are non-insured or underinsured for vaccinations, we participate in the Texas Vaccines for Children program. Certain eligibility requirements are required to utilize this program.
For ALL patients
We require all of our patients to review and sign the Financial Policy.
