Exciting News: We are Welcoming Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to Our Care Team!
We’re excited to share some great news — our practice is growing! To help us continue providing the very best care for your children, we’re adding Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP) to our medical team.
What Is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner?
A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is a specially trained healthcare provider who cares for children from birth through young adulthood. PNPs are advanced practice registered nurses who have completed graduate-level training focused entirely on pediatric health.
Just like our physicians, our PNP can:
- Perform physical exams
- Diagnose and treat illnesses
- Prescribe medications
- Order and interpret lab tests
- Provide well-child care, immunizations, and developmental guidance
PNPs are known for their warm, family-centered approach and their focus on education and preventive care.
Why We’re Adding a PNP
As our practice grows, we want to make sure every family can get the care they need — when they need it. Adding a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner means:
- More appointment options: You’ll see shorter wait times for both well and sick visits.
- Personalized care: Just like our physicians, PNPs will spend time discussing questions about your child’s growth, nutrition, and development.
- Team-based support: Our physicians and PNP will work closely together to ensure seamless, consistent care for every child.
- Strong focus on prevention: PNPs help families stay one step ahead of illnesses through education, guidance, and early intervention.
What This Means for Your Family
You’ll continue to see the same trusted doctors you’ve always known — now with an additional provider to make care even more accessible and family-friendly. Our physicians and PNP will collaborate on all aspects of your child’s care, ensuring a smooth experience whether your child is here for a checkup or a sick visit.
Our Promise
Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, compassionate, and convenient care for every child. By adding a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to our team, we’re strengthening that promise — so your family can continue to count on us for the best possible care and support.
We can’t wait for you to meet our new PNPs soon!
