Office Hours and Appointments

We are open Monday thru Friday
9am until 5pm.

We are closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1:30.

For same day sick visits, please call before 12:30. We will try to accomodate sick visits that are requested after lunch, but cannot guarantee an appointment.

Emergencies and After Hours

erIf you are concerned that your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.

If you have an urgent, medical need after hours, please call our main line at 972-772-3100 or 972-429-4800 and listen for instructions.  After hours, phone calls to our Rockwall and Wylie Pediatric clinics go to the same afer hours line and one of our doctors will be paged when a message is left.  There is no charge for this service.  Please remember that paging systems are not flawless.  If you have not received a return phone call after 20 minutes, please re-try your call again.  If you still have not received a response from one of our physicians, you may either seek medical attention at an urgent care center or emergency room or you may notify us via the Contact Us page.

If you would like to have one of our physicians paged, follow the prompts after dialing the office number.  Please press “5″ to leave a message on the physicians’ line. 

After hours call should not be used for appointments or medication refills.   We will not prescribe medication, including antibiotics, over the phone.
