Office Hours and Appointments

Rockwall is open Monday – Friday from 8-5 and on Saturdays from 8-12

Wylie is open from Monday – Friday from 8-5

Lakewood is open Monday – Friday from 8-5

All offices are closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1:30.

For same day sick visits, please call before 12:30. We will try to accomodate sick visits that are requested after lunch, but cannot guarantee an appointment.

Emergencies and After Hours

erIf you are concerned that your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.

If you have an urgent medical issue after hours, please call 1-855-456-6976 (myRN) to be directed to our medical advice line.  You may also access this by calling our main number and pressing 6. There is no charge for this service.

Keep in mind, that many medical questions can be answered via the nurse line on the back of your insurance card.  We will not prescribe medication, including antibiotics, over the phone.
