Emergencies and After Hours
If you are concerned that your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
If you have an urgent, medical need after hours, please call our main line at 972-772-3100 and listen for instructions. Please remember that paging systems are not flawless. If you have not received a return phone call after 20 minutes, please re-try your call again. After hours call should not be used for appointments or medication refills. We will not prescribe medication, including antibiotics, over the phone.
